Caitlin's Meccano set

Caitlin brought her model of a gondola to school. She made it out of Meccano and it took 5 hours to make.

Would you prefer a Meccano set or Lego? What are the advantages of each?

    It is an amusing toy. A mechanic friend of ours came over, and I showed him my gondola. He was VERY impressed.
